Every Vote Must Count As Cast!

Electronic voting machines are replacing paper-based voting systems in cities, counties, and states across the U.S.

But paperless e-voting doesn't always count votes reliably or permit a meaningful recount in case of alleged miscounts. Worst of all, it doesn't allow voters to verify that their votes have been accurately recorded or even recorded at all.

U.S. citizens have sacrificed their lives over hundreds of years to obtain and defend the right to vote. Let's make sure we don't lose it through mistakes or outright fraud.

You can take action on this important issue:

Contact your Congressional representatives (888 508-2974) to urge passage of H.R. 550 and H.R. 704 / S. 330 (VIVA 2005).

Contact your Secretary of State and state legislators to urge continued support of legislation that requires a voter-verified paper record and audits for all voting systems.
