While Delaware has an election statute that refers to an "audit," this law pertains to the number of voters who participated in the election, and is a reconciliation of the voter logs, and not an audit of votes cast. See the Delaware Code, Chapter 75, Municipal Elections, Section 7558, "Election results; recounts; contests".
